The Phan Family (along with a few friends) ventured up to Flagstaff on Presidents' Day to play in the snow. Yes, it does snow in Arizona, and we have pictures to prove it. The boys had a blast sledding. Lucas achieved the fastest speed due to his weight, or lack thereof. After a couple of hours and a couple of hot cocoas, we returned home, back to the 70 degree temps that we are accustomed to.

All-Stars
The City of Phoenix hosted the NBA All-Star game this year. The Phan Family attended the NBA Jam-Session activities on Valentine's Day. Aiden had high hopes of getting some autographs (Stoudemire, Shaq and Nash are his favorites) but he settled for doing lay-up drills and standing next to some cardboard cutouts. We had fun nonetheless...

Soooo Close!
To the surprise of almost everyone, the Arizona Cardinals made it into Superbowl XLIII. The 7-point underdogs almost pulled off a victory, but I guess it was never meant to be. Their 27-23 defeat to the Steelers will not be easily be forgotten, especially by their biggest fans.

Kenny made his annual trek to Las Vegas for Superbowl weekend. I am not privy to any of the details of their trip but Kenny ended up missing his flight back after the game, so they must have had a great time, despite the Cardinals' loss.

The rest of the Phan family stayed close to home. Our friends, the Morrisons, hosted a "Kid-Friendly" Superbowl Party. We had a great time. The boys are hidden somewhere behind these balloons.
